What You Will Own And How You Will Make A Difference

• Vet, test and manage best-in-class creative AI tools that meet our brand standards for copy, image and video.
• Design and own AI-driven content initiatives across platforms to generate content that adheres to established brand aesthetic, voice and tone.
• Develop and manage AI-driven workflows, prompt libraries, and processes to maximize quality and volume of content output.
• Blend AI-generated drafts with expert human copywriting to inject brand voice, persuasion, and emotional connection into final assets.
• Craft expert-level prompts to direct AI in generating nuanced, on-brand copy and creative assets.
• Serve as point person for all copy, editing and fact-checking AI content to ensure accuracy, originality, and brand safety.
• Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to ensure AI-generated content aligns with overall brand strategy and campaigns.
• Oversee and manage copywriting support and external agencies to deliver high-quality, on-brand copy.
• Oversee creation of standard copy work previously handled by external agencies, ensuring brand consistency.
• Write and edit clear, concise copy for marketing materials, including product descriptions, advertising campaigns, and website content.
• Partner with internal and external teams to complement owned photo and video content with AI assets by channel.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in generative AI and recommend tools and techniques to enhance content creation capabilities.
• Be solution-oriented, self-starting, and entrepreneurial in approach.
• Perform various other tasks as assigned or needed.

You Have

• Proven experience in visual design, copywriting, and content creation, preferably within a brand or agency setting.
• Demonstrated expertise in utilizing generative AI tools for content creation.
• Strong understanding of brand voice, storytelling, and marketing principles.
• Excellent editing and proofreading skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to develop and manage efficient content workflows.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• A portfolio showcasing relevant creative and AI-driven content projects is a plus.
• Extensive experience in copywriting and editing, with a proven ability to lead and manage teams.
• Deep understanding of brand voice and storytelling, with a knack for creating compelling content.
• Experience training and working with AI copywriting tools.
• Proven ability to manage external agencies and ensure timely delivery of high-quality work.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• Exceptional editorial aesthetic, with wit and an eye for grammar and memorable messaging.
• Strong communication skills for approaching copy in different mediums to drive conversion and engagement.
• Ability to prioritize and manage work to meet critical project timelines in a fast-paced environment.
