We’re looking for a creative, detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our growing marketing team. You’ll play a key role in shaping the brand’s visual identity across digital, print, and social platforms.

What You’ll Do

Design & Production

• Create compelling graphics for email campaigns, push notifications, SMS, social media, and digital ads.
• Develop print collateral including order inserts, signage, and packaging.
• Collaborate on brand assets such as logos, wordmarks, icons, and style guides.
• Support ongoing website and app design projects (banners, visuals, updates).
• Deliver visual designs in correct file sizes and formats.

Brand & Marketing Collaboration

• Partner with the marketing team to bring campaigns, sales, and launches to life.
• Collaborate with the web designer and developer to prototype and optimize website and app visuals.
• Translate brand strategy into cohesive visuals across digital and print.
• Help enforce and evolve brand standards, style guides, logos, wordmarks, and icons.
• Embrace creative challenges with fresh ideas for design and storytelling.
• Stay ahead of design, ecommerce, and social trends to bring innovative concepts to the table.
• Balance multiple projects while meeting deadlines without compromising quality.
• Contribute to brainstorming sessions for campaigns, sales, and product launches.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 2–3+ years of professional design experience (preferably in ecommerce, beauty, or fashion).
• Strong portfolio showcasing digital and print design (required to apply).
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, or similar tools.
• Experience designing marketing emails in Klaviyo (or similar platform) is a plus.
• Excellent eye for detail, typography, and brand aesthetics.
• Ability to manage multiple projects for multiple brands in a fast-paced environment.
