Vantage Data Centers is hiring: Graphic Designer in Sterling

Position Overview

As a Graphic Designer, this role will be responsible for the visual representation of Vantage’s brand and standards, ensuring high-quality and impactful design across various mediums (print and digital). The Graphic Designer will oversee Vantage’s creative agencies, in addition to leading projects from concept through execution, collaborating with cross-functional teams and guiding the design direction for marketing materials, campaigns, digital assets, etc. To be successful in this role, the candidate will be a creative thinker who does not default to the status quo. The individual will report directly to the Senior Director, Marketing, Global and will collaborate with various participants and teams within the company to support department, regional and global goals.

Essential Job Functions

• Lead and supervise the creative process, from brainstorming and conceptualization to final execution, consistent with established brand standards.
• Run third-party agencies to deliver creative across multiple channels.
• Develop high-quality visual designs for digital, print, social media, email campaigns, PPT and other marketing materials. This role is both a leader of external agencies, as well as a hands-on designer.
• Handle and collaborate with external agencies on all design-related initiatives, from print to digital.
• Design (in-house) materials for numerous participants, from sales to internal communications and various departmental requests. Requests include video production, posters, presentations, brochures, slicks, social assets, etc.
• Maintain consistency across all design touchpoints.
• Manage all design files, image libraries, standards, etc.
• Handle additional duties as assigned by management.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or equivalent experience required with a strong portfolio showcasing expertise across digital and print media.
• 5-7 years of hands-on design experience, ideally working in both agency and in-house environments.
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory and visual composition.
• Expert in Adobe Creative Suite and PowerPoint.
• Strong leadership, communication and project management skills.
• Experience working in a matrixed global organization.
• Exhibit executive presence and confidence to regularly interact with leaders across the organization.
• Travel required is expected to be 5 to 10% but may increase over time as the business evolves.

Additional Details

• Salary Range: $145,000-155,000 Base + Bonus (this range is based on Colorado market data and may vary in other locations)
• This position is eligible for company benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage, life and AD&D, short and long-term disability coverage, paid time off, employee assistance, 401k with company match, and other voluntary benefits.
• Compensation will depend on qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience and may fall outside the shown range.
