Care Synergy has an immediate opening for a Graphic Designer.

Location: Denver, CO

Status: Full-time

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am - 5pm

Pay Range: $59,900 - $74,600

Supplemental Pay: Based on position, schedule and/or availability: Overtime

Mileage and Expense Reimbursement: Sixty-two and a half cents per mile – one of the highest in the industry!

What You Will Do

Responsible for designing print and digital materials to support Hospice and PACE marketing, outreach, and education, including brochures, flyers, social media, newsletters, event collateral and signage for Care Synergy’s four hospice and home health affiliates. This includes materials for marketing, media, sales, and print and digital advertising.

  • Design print and digital materials to support Hospice and PACE marketing, outreach, and education, including brochures, flyers, newsletters, event collateral, and signage.
  • Develop visual content for websites, social media, and email campaigns that reflect organizational brand standards and mission.
  • Collaborate with marketing, development, and program teams to translate complex healthcare information into clear, engaging visuals.
  • Create branded templates and graphics for internal communications, presentations, and reports.
  • Ensure all design projects maintain a compassionate and respectful tone aligned with hospice, PACE, and elder care services.
  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Coordinate with print vendors and production partners to prepare files and oversee quality of final products.
  • Maintain the brand identity for each Affiliate (7), ensuring consistency in logos, colors, typography, and messaging.
  • Support special campaigns (philanthropy appeals, awareness months, caregiver resources, community events) with compelling graphic design.
  • Stay current with design trends and healthcare communication practices to enhance audience engagement.
  • Track and report on KPI’s as identified in partnership with the Director of Marketing and Communications.
  • Partner with hospice and home health leadership in the coordination, design and production of quarterly newsletters including establishing timelines.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications

Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, fine arts, or a related field preferred but will consider relevant experience in lieu of a degree.

Minimum Experience: 3-5 years graphic design experience. Experience developing and implementing digital media strategies preferred. Video creation, editing skills, website design and maintenance experience preferred.

Physical Requirements: Ability to lift/carry a minimum of 30 lbs.
