Responsibilities
How You Will Contribute
- Brand & Creative Strategy
- Translate The Alliance’s brand identity into compelling visuals across digital, print, and experiential platforms.
- Uphold and enforce brand standards across all creative deliverables, ensuring consistency and excellence.
- Provide creative leadership in campaign development, offering innovative visual approaches that align with strategic objectives.
- Multimedia Production
- Execute video projects from concept through post-production, delivering high-quality storytelling content.
- Design and produce a wide range of creative assets (graphics, infographics, presentations, animations, video) tailored to campaign goals and audience needs.
- Collaborate with the Production Designer to ensure creative assets integrate seamlessly with digital platforms, campaigns, and automation tools.
- Collaboration & Partnerships
- Work closely with the Marketing Content Strategist to align visuals with messaging and enhance campaign impact.
- Coordinate with external creative and video vendors, ensuring deliverables reflect The Alliance’s brand and strategy.
- Partner cross-functionally to ensure creative solutions meet both organizational needs and audience expectations.
- Leadership & Mentorship
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior creative staff, fostering skill development, brand alignment, and craft excellence.
- Encourage innovation and collaboration within the marketing team to elevate the overall creative output.
