Overview
- Developing and executing comprehensive national digital media strategies and plans to meet business goals and KPIs.
- Providing channel, platform, and high-level strategic recommendations as well as a test roadmap to ensure optimal spend and maximum results.
- Including budget and flight recommendations as well as audience research and KPI definition.
Responsibilities
- Strategic plan clearly defined to drive incremental transactions and revenue.
- Seamless execution of evergreen and promotional campaigns.
- Campaign setup including audience research/strategies, best-practice configuration, trafficking, monitoring, reporting, and optimizations.
- Manage day-to-day operations of national digital media campaigns (e.g., CTV, Online Video, Programmatic Display, Audio, Native, etc.).
- Vendor management, platform execution, creative assignment, tracking/tag setup, geo-targeting, bidding strategies, A/B testing, and measurement.
- Note: paid search and paid social are handled by other team members.
- Provide proactive updates, create detailed reports and analyses to identify opportunity areas.
- Emphasize A/B testing, creative optimization, and driving sales performance.
- Optimize campaigns to increase ROI and overall campaign effectiveness.
- Opportunity to redefine reporting and data visualization for the team.
- Support local teams nationwide with strategic guidance and integrate local and national media plans/reports.
- Monitor industry trends and changes in the digital landscape; apply new features and updates to improve campaign performance.
- Meet with vendors for updates and maintain vendor relationships.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive marketing strategies and user experience across channels.
- Work with internal creative, digital, and brand teams to share learnings and determine production needs and best practices.
- Collaborate with other team members (e.g., paid search & paid social managers, Solutions Architect, Brand Manager) to plan and execute successful paid media campaigns.
- Work with analytics to carry out incremental transaction and attribution modeling.
- Represent the company with media vendors/partners.

- Salary range: $75,000 to $85,000. Actual offer may vary based on location, experience, and/or education.

What You Bring To The Table
- Proven experience in creating and executing successful paid digital media campaigns that drive conversions and revenue growth.
- Understanding of acquisition funnel, performance marketing KPIs, and profitability levers.
- Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and leadership abilities; able to work independently and collaboratively; interested in building processes that do not yet exist.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, self-starter; able to manage tasks and timelines independently.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data to make data-driven decisions.
- Experience with Google Analytics and/or other analytics tools preferred.
- Proficiency with Excel, including pivot tables.
- Experience in ad agency environments, multi-location franchise businesses, and low-funnel KPIs is preferred.
- Hands-on programmatic setup/execution and 1P data platforms experience is preferred.
Foundations Of Your Career
- 5+ years in digital media planning/buying, with at least 1 year in a strategic role.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Advanced certifications in Programmatic, CTV, or digital marketing are a plus.
