Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing and public relations strategy aligned with CCH's communications, goals, mission, and objectives.
• Lead marketing initiatives, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and manage related programs to support organizational objectives.
• Maintain organized project plans, timelines, and performance metrics to ensure successful delivery of campaigns.

Note: CCH participates in the Public Service Loan Forgiveness Program (PSLF).

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business or related field required.
• Seven (7) years of experience in public relations/marketing management required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in a non-profit, community health setting preferred.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing trends and tools.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Strategic thinker with a track record of implementing successful marketing initiatives.
• Proficiency in marketing software and analytics tools.
• Ability to multi-task. Deadline driven with good time management skills.
• Valid Michigan Driver's License; ability to adhere to State driving laws and maintain insurable driving record per CCH requirements.

Compensation & Benefits

Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year

Schedule

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
