What You Will Do
- Directly partner with Store Managers to review store presentation correlation with local market trends and store specific sale trends, providing professional VM actions and feedback to improve store performance
- Responsible for creating VM planning for their stores to present to Head of Visual
- Support Events + PR team for VIC show events, private client events
- Assistance in preparation of local market VM recap reports as well as PDFs of store pictures after Monthly Guideline store update/rotation
- Travel as needed to support stores, closely working with Retail + CS Retail + Retail Development teams to prepare VM plan, capacity files, initial merchandising proposals, order props, store staff VM training, all to ensure a high quality store opening

Specific Personal Qualities For This Role
- Strong Visual & Aesthetic Sensibility A refined eye for visual merchandising, store layout planning, and brand story-telling, with the ability to translate global guidelines into locally relevant, commercially impactful displays.
- Commercial Awareness Understanding the key role visual merchandising plays in your market's business; able to analyze sales data and local market trends to inform VM decisions that support business goals.
- Leadership & Team Development Proven ability to lead, mentor, and elevate store teams' VM capabilities, fostering a culture of excellence and ownership at store level.
- Clear & Effective Communication Able to deliver VM guidelines, feedback, and training clearly and constructively to various store teams, ensuring alignment and consistency across all stores.
- Project & Time Management Skilled at managing multiple priorities, deadlines, and store calendars, including store openings, seasonal launches, and visual guideline updates.
- Adaptability & Problem-Solving Flexible and solution-oriented when faced with unexpected challenges, from store constraints to product delays or changing directives. Effective time management and self-starting mentality and able to accomplish tasks independently on site.
- Collaboration & Cross-Functional Partnership Works effectively with Visual HQ, Retail, PR/Events, and Wholesale teams to execute cohesive brand experiences.
- Attention to Detail Maintains high standards for execution, from fixture alignment to lighting, signage, VM standards, and overall store feeling and presentation.
- Field-Based Initiative Comfortable with frequent travel and hands-on support in stores; proactive in identifying opportunities for improvement and acting on them.
- Digital Fluency Proficient in using digital tools to document, report, and present VM updates (e.g., creating PDF recaps, capacity files, and visual planning documents).

- Fluent in English
