Service Writer

Description: Service writer with automotive or tire service experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers by coordinating service work, communicating status, and ensuring accuracy of repair orders.
• Provide excellent customer service, build rapport with customers, and follow company policies and safety measures.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills; ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Maintain proficient computer skills to manage service records and work orders.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of tire service, auto body repair, diesel engine repair, brake repair, suspension, shocks/struts, transmission, air brake, alignment, and oil change is a plus.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Must have clean MVR, Drug Test, pass DOT physical.
• Driver's License (Required).
