Great Day Improvements, LLC, is looking for a Brand Ambassador/Field Marketer to represent our home improvement brand, KDesigners. We are seeking professional, driven, and outgoing marketers to establish new client relationships and build brand awareness. The Brand Ambassador will be face-to-face generating new clients at contracted events and residential neighborhoods in the regions we operate. The role includes collecting reviews from previous customers. Primary responsibilities are to generate new opportunities with homeowners interested in the products and services we provide. This is hourly pay plus commission earned when a new client you generated makes a purchase. We also reimburse certain travel costs and offer several performance-based bonuses.

Responsibilities

• This position is responsible for engaging in generating highly qualified leads using all forms of field marketing.
• Memorize and recite scripts and statements provided by K-Designers.
• Introduce K-Designers offers to potential and existing customers and schedule appointments for estimates.
• Obtain information such as contact details, availability, and signatures from homeowners.
• Confidently answer questions and respond to objections from homeowners using rebuttals to drive as many leads as possible using training provided.
• Transport self to assigned event or territory and work independently while representing K-Designers with professionalism.
• Recruit, train, onboard, and mentor new Brand Ambassadors as necessary.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Reliable transportation to transport self/equipment
• Previous field marketing, canvassing/door-to-door/outside experience is a plus but not required
• Age 18+
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds
