MAKE A DIFFERENCE AS A HOME HEALTH — MARKETER

Responsibilities

• Hit the ground running by connecting with healthcare providers and building relationships with patients who can benefit from our home health services.
• Reach out to potential referral sources, attend networking events, and conduct presentations to educate others about the value of our care.
• Collaborate with the team to develop marketing strategies, track referral sources, and analyze market trends.
• Conduct follow-ups with patients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.

Qualifications and Skills

• Provide information and education to facilities/organizations and consumers about San Antonio Nurses Home Health.
• Develop, maintain and create relationships with physicians, discharge planners and case managers.
• Regularly schedule and conduct visits to referring offices to offer assistance to patients who may qualify for home health services.
• Maintain current knowledge of agency, market trends, coverage criteria and industry changes to ensure compliance with regulations.
• Previous experience in healthcare; home health required.
• Existing knowledge of medical terminology and procedures.
• Understanding of Medicare and insurance requirements.
• Must be detail oriented; able to multi-task and possess excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
