Responsibilities- Collaborate closely with the rest of the product marketing team to articulate the narrative for our most significant announcements, maintain consistency across channels, and ensure the messaging resonates with our target audience.
- Positioning and Messaging: Craft differentiated, value-based positioning and messaging that clearly articulates executive needs and how Atlassian Service Management solutions work with the broader Atlassian ecosystem. Tailor value propositions, ensure message consistency across touchpoints, and adapt based on customer and market feedback throughout the product lifecycle.
- Customer Advocacy: Partner with customer marketing to identify and elevate key executive customers as references, champions, and storytellers. Use their stories to build credibility in-market and gather qualitative insights for messaging refinement.
- Sales and Partner Enablement: Equip Atlassian’s field teams with content, tools, and training to sell service management solutions at the executive level. Develop and maintain messaging guides, customer presentations, battle cards, objection handling, and persona-specific materials that evolve with the product’s maturity.
- Strategic Analyst Engagement: Work with the AR team to engage with strategic industry analysts on service management topics (e.g., ITSM, HR Service Management, IT Operations Management, Incident Management).
- PMM Craft and Mentorship: Serve as a role model for product marketing excellence, mentoring junior PMMs and contributing to the evolution of best practices across the team.
- 10+ years of B2B product marketing, ideally with at least 2 years in solution-level product marketing and/or enterprise solution sales experience.
- Proven experience developing and executing solution narratives and go-to-market strategies for executive decision makers in B2B enterprise software.
- Experience with marketing strategy and execution across demand-generation teams to build awareness and demand among C-level decision makers of service management solutions.
- Exceptional cross-functional collaboration skills with a track record of influencing across diverse teams.
- Strong project management and prioritization skills, balancing strategic vision with tactical execution.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly to stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven depth in storytelling and solution selling techniques.

The baseline of our range is higher than typical market ranges, with compensation determined by a candidate’s skills, expertise, and experience. In the United States, base pay is organized into three geographic pay zones. For this role, base pay ranges are: Zone A: $175,500 - $229,125 Zone B: $158,400 - $206,800 Zone C: $145,800 - $190,350 This role may also be eligible for benefits, bonuses, commissions, and equity.
