Overview

Product Marketing Director opportunity at Poppulo. We’re seeking an experienced product marketing leader to shape and lead the development of our solutions for HR, IT, Corporate Communications, Sales, Operations, and Internal Communications within the Employee Communications line of business. This role operates at a strategic level, driving a comprehensive solutions marketing strategy that directly impacts the growth of our business. You’ll partner with sales, product management, marketing, and partnerships to position and package our platform for maximum market impact.

Reporting to the General Manager, Employee Communications, you’ll influence how our solutions are presented and adopted, while collaborating across the organization to drive measurable results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Segment target markets and define the ideal customer profile to position our solutions
  • Develop and maintain buyer personas to influence product positioning and solution development
  • Drive competitive analysis and apply insights across functional and sales teams
  • Collaborate with Product Management to maintain visibility into product capabilities and roadmap; provide market insights to product direction
  • Understand market dynamics and solution features to position them in marketing programs
  • Develop and oversee go-to-market strategies; support cross-functional adoption of solutions
  • Develop solution messaging and materials; work with sales and marketing to increase mindshare and product adoption
  • Deliver an enterprise sales enablement strategy tied to revenue targets; promote internal awareness of enablement initiatives
  • Plan joint marketing campaigns to grow pipeline and revenue through ABM, events, digital marketing, and sales outreach
  • Establish, track, and measure KPIs to understand impact on sales cycles and pipeline
  • Drive thought leadership programs for the solutions

Compensation

We offer a competitive annual base salary of USD 140,000-160,000 (gross), plus variable compensation. The final offer is tailored to the candidate’s skills, experience, and location.
