Job Title: UI Test Architect

Location: SF Bay Area or Concord, CA

Responsibilities

• Designing and implementing testing strategies that ensure software quality and reliability.
• Creating scalable and efficient testing frameworks, selecting appropriate tools, and defining best practices.
• Leading testing teams, mentoring engineers, and driving innovation in testing methodologies.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align testing efforts with product and business goals.
• Software and System Testing : Proficiency in tools, standards, defect detection, and resolution.
• Automation Frameworks : Experience with tools like Selenium, Appium, Cucumber, and CI / CD integrations.
• Service Layer Testing : Strong understanding of APIs, backend validation, and performance testing.
• Agile and BDD Practices : Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Behavior-Driven Development frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with automation tools, scripting languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript), and version control systems like Git.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities to articulate testing strategies and results.
• Ability to manage dynamic environments, prioritize tasks, and mentor junior engineers.
