As a Creative Director - Copy at Fanatics, you will help lead our internal studio team in developing and executing bold, integrated marketing campaigns across Fanatics' Sportsbook and Casino. This is a leadership role focused ondirection, delegation, team development andconcepting.

As a Creative Director - Copy at Fanatics, you will help lead our internal studio team in developing and executing bold, integrated marketing campaigns across Fanatics' Sportsbook and Casino. This is a leadership role focused ondirection, delegation, team development andconcepting.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and inspire a team of copywriters and art directors to deliver world-class creative campaigns that are on-brand, on-strategy, and on-time.
  • Oversee the creative execution of integrated marketing campaigns across Sportsbook and Casino from kickoff through deliveryensuring consistent quality and cohesion across touchpoints.
  • Partner closely with cross-functional teams, including brand marketing, social, media, and partnerships, to align creative direction with business objectives.
  • Delegate and assign projects effectively based on team strengths, capacity, and timelines.
  • Help shape and approve creative concepts; step into concepting when appropriate, especially for high-visibility or tentpole initiatives.
  • Provide clear, constructive feedback and guidance to elevate creative output across the board.
  • Cultivate a strong creative culture that encourages collaboration, experimentation, and professional growth.
  • Manage and mentor creative team members, supporting their career development and performance.
Experience and Skills
  • 10+ years of experience in creative leadership roles, ideally within an Ad Agency or with a proven conceptual brand marketing background.
  • Proven success directing integrated campaigns across a variety of platforms, including digital, social, video, and experiential.
  • A portfolio showcasing excellent creative judgment and strategic thinking.
  • Strong team leadership and people management skills with experience overseeing designers, copywriters, and art directors.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.
  • Comfortable managing multiple projects with competing deadlines in a dynamic environment.
  • Thrives in an entrepreneurial, hyper growth environment where priorities evolve regularly and decisions are made quickly
  • Team-first mentality, with a willingness to do what it takes to get the job done and a desire to strive for better
  • Proven ability to work effectively cross-functionally within FBG and the larger Fanatics organization
  • Open to regular travel to events and other Fanatics offices for various offsite and team meetings
  • NYC-based candidates preferred, but open to remote or relocation.

Salary range is listed in USD; ranges will change based on country and state of residence, which are reflected in Geographical Zones defined by Fanatics Betting and Gaming. *Salary Range: $166,000 to $230,000 (Salary range incorporates all of our Geographical Compensation Zones and is subject to change as the Zone associated with the actual Offer is confirmed).
