Overview

Position: Senior UX Designer

Job Location: 850 Cherry Avenue, San Bruno, CA 94066

Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute end-to-end design for digital platforms and tools, including campaign management interfaces, creative asset workflows, targeting configuration, and performance dashboards, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs.
  • Operate at both tactical and strategic levels across multiple initiatives; define experience strategies that elevate design quality while aligning with product vision and business priorities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders including product managers, engineers, data scientists, and business partners to identify opportunities where design can enhance the user experience and drive measurable performance.
  • Translate complex product requirements into modular, scalable user experiences using Figma, including high-fidelity mockups, interactive prototypes, and flexible design patterns.
  • Leverage AI-enhanced tools and machine learning to streamline campaign setup and design workflows, including smart creative generation, predictive targeting UX, and automated optimization support for novice and advanced users.
  • Lead design reviews, offer actionable feedback, and mentor designers across teams.
  • Deliver inclusive, accessible solutions that meet WCAG standards and account for edge cases, responsive behavior, and platform-specific constraints.
  • Design and refine workflows for self-service tools, such as setup flows, budgeting modules, audience targeting, and performance insights.
  • Contribute to and evolve scalable design systems, while knowing when to extend or adapt them to address unique design challenges as per advertiser needs.
  • Participate and lead user research, usability testing, and behavioral data analysis to validate and inform design solutions.
  • Present design rationale and strategy through high-quality storytelling, tailored to both technical and executive audiences.
  • Help champion a culture of design thinking and continuous improvement by creating frameworks, tools, and processes that scale impact across product teams and organizational workflows.

Qualifications

  • Education and Experience: Minimum: Master’s degree or the equivalent in UI/UX Design, Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Product Design, Computer Science, Information Technology, Digital Arts, or related area with 1 year of relevant experience; OR Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent with 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Skills: Experience leading mixed-method user research (interviews, surveys, heuristic evaluations, usability testing) and synthesizing findings to shape omni-channel product strategies.
  • Experience facilitating design workshops with cross-functional teams to align and co-create scalable solutions across channels.
  • Experience contributing to long-term product vision through future-state design initiatives (e.g., North Star Projects).
  • Experience developing information architecture, site maps, navigation, user journeys, and task flows for complex cross-channel platforms.
  • Experience designing self-service tools with administrative controls, workflows, and scheduling/configuration capabilities supported by rules-based logic across devices.
  • Experience designing interactive UI flows and optimization logic for varied contexts in omni-channel ecosystems.
  • Experience designing data visualization interfaces and dashboards optimized for web, mobile, and tablet.
  • Experience building interactive prototypes and production-ready assets using Figma components and variants.
  • Experience partnering with content strategists and UX writers to ensure intuitive interaction models and consistent content flows.
  • Experience governing scalable design systems that ensure consistency while enabling extensibility for emerging platform needs.
  • Experience applying user-centered and visual design principles across the product lifecycle, including WCAG 2.0 accessibility audits.

Salary

Salary Range: $120,598/year to $234,000/year. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) and Stock equity incentives.
