Head of Brion Marketing & Business Development. Build a strong product management team, own the Brion product portfolio, set strategic directions, and drive the delivery of roadmap and customer adoption. Collect product requirements and implement strategy, aligning product strategy and introduction (commercial and timing) with the sales organization. Responsible for product introduction and customer communication, and for aligning the business line total product offering for specific customers, including communication internally and to customers and ASML sales and service teams.
Roles And Responsibilities- Identify areas for growth and drive product definition, design and development, customer engagement and roadmap extensions
- Acquire deep customer knowledge; interact with customers to understand technical requirements and translate these into the product roadmap and engagement strategies
- Own product requirements, market validation and product roadmaps. Deliver product requirement documents with business cases and market feasibility and validation plans
- Define feature priorities and determine release scope with R&D, product engineering, quality assurance and project management
- Evaluate financial aspects of product development such as budgets, expenditures, R&D appropriations, ROI and P&L projections
- Develop and execute product business plans by analyzing business development opportunities and monitoring market trends; use sales forecast and strategic planning to ensure sales and profitability
- Define product rollout and customer engagement plans with product engineering and account teams
- Collaborate with product engineering to develop comprehensive application flow and BKMs to support the flow
- Be an expert on competition including competitive analysis and positioning; drive competitive marketing campaigns
- Collaborate cross-functionally on value pricing and value selling; develop market and field solutions
- Drive and develop use cases, marketing materials, sales collateral and market communication plans including press releases, launch materials, customer presentations, and sales training materials
- Develop core positioning and messaging for the product; coordinate market communication activities and policies across channels
- Manage issues and escalations related to ordering, systems and tools, and manufacturing supply
- Conduct customer visits and meetings
- MS or higher in science/engineering or MBA with engineering background; >10 years in semiconductor field in leadership roles
- Wide and deep experience enabling leadership to manage through managers
- Proven track record of leadership and team management; coach and team player; able to lead inclusive, multi-cultural teams
- Experience in strategic management across company functions; proven change leadership
- Ability to translate and communicate function strategy into actionable plans
- Excellent analytical and critical thinking; strong business acumen; ability to manage business dynamics and complexity
- Excellent stakeholder management; ability to influence without authority and collaborate across matrix organizations
- Ability to understand technology and engage with development/engineering teams and customers’ users
- Regularly present to ASML senior management
- Work with peers to define total solutions and customer win strategies
- Travel 20% or more
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
- Proficient in MS Office, collaboration tools, email and messaging systems

- Salary range: $276,000-460,000; pay determined by role, location, market data and experience
