Responsibilities

The Marketing Strategy Development team is looking for interns with a Marketing or related field of study to focus on the development of audience, message, measurement, and spend strategies that inform enterprise marketing. The position will be accountable for strategy development, with a focus on insights gathering, strategic planning, storytelling, and evaluation of impact. Candidates will build trust and form productive relationships with internal partners and, as needed, agency collaborators.

Additional Information:

  • Participates in strategic definition, planning, prioritization, and execution of marketing frameworks and guidance aligned to business objectives
  • Serves as a liaison and consultant between internal stakeholders and agency partners to research, develop strategic plans, and inform campaign work
  • Analyzes market conditions, targets customer insights, develops forecasts and estimates, and supports testing and measurement within a team setting
  • Plans and produces strategy artifacts such as audience definitions, messaging frameworks, measurement plans, and campaign briefs
  • Coordinates communication of strategic direction and tactical messages for customer audiences
  • Optimizes programs and tactics to maximize budgets, customer impact, and objectives
  • Researches and drafts recommendations regarding current issues and potential trends

Who We Are Looking For

  • Seeking current juniors or seniors enrolled in an undergraduate program majoring in Marketing, Communications, Anthropology, Advertising, Psychology or a related field with a graduation date of August 2026 or later.
  • Evidence of academic (3.5 GPA or above preferred) and personal achievement
  • Must have at least one semester remaining after the conclusion of the internship.

An ideal candidate will have:

  • A strong interest in marketing development, consumer insights and strategy and a basic understanding of marketing concepts and research or analytics is a plus
  • A creative and analytical mindset with the ability to think strategically and contribute fresh ideas
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and collaborative working style

Internship Program Eligibility:

  • To be eligible for the summer internship program, candidates must be full-time students currently enrolled in an undergraduate program with at least one semester remaining until graduation, and must maintain their student status throughout the duration of the internship.

What You Can Expect:

  • Summer Internship Dates: June 1, 2026 - August 7, 2026
  • Hours: Monday-Friday, 38.75 hours per week
    • Due to the short duration of the summer program, we seek interns who will be available to engage and participate throughout the internship with little to no disruption in work schedule.
  • Pay: $22/hour. In addition, interns selected for our summer internship program will be eligible for a $2,000 stipend (minus applicable taxes)!
  • Competitive candidates will be invited to participate in a pre-screening video interview in the Fall of 2025
  • Where You'll Work:
      • HYBRID: This is a hybrid position which allows you to spend some of your time working from home as well as some time working collaboratively in-office. You will work out of one of the hub locations listed below.
      • REMOTE: Qualified candidates (outside of locations listed below) may be considered for remote work arrangements based on where a candidate currently resides or is currently located. Remote interns could be asked to travel to an assigned location throughout the summer for onboarding and various events!
      • Selected interns must reside within the continental U.S. for the duration of the summer internship.
    • Hub Location(s): Bloomington, IL or Dunwoody, GA
      • For San Francisco candidates: Pursuant to the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance, we will consider for employment qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records.
      • For Los Angeles candidates: Pursuant to the Los Angeles Fair Change Initiative for Hiring, we will consider for employment qualified applicants with criminal histories.
      • Candidates selected for an internship will be eligible for a $2,000 stipend
