If you’ve personally owned and scaled a TikTok, Instagram Reels, or YouTube Shorts channel—taking it from zero to serious reach—you’re exactly who we want to talk to.
We want to hear from creators who have a proven track record of building and growing a short-form platform end-to-end.
You’ll own our organic short-form presence—spotting trends, creating content fast, and building a loyal following of home service operators who can’t wait for your next post.
What You’ll Own
Short-Form Video Production
- Concept, shoot, and edit <30s vertical videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
- Use trending sounds, formats, and storytelling styles in a way that’s on-brand for Owned and Operated.
- Edit natively for authentic, scroll-stopping content.
Content Calendar & Strategy
- Maintain a rolling 30-day content plan.
- Balance planned content pillars with reactive, trend-driven posts.
- Align content with audience growth and lead generation goals.
Trend Spotting & Rapid Execution
- Spend time daily spotting emerging trends before they peak.
- Adapt them for our niche and post within 24–48 hours.
Community Engagement
- Respond to comments and DMs in our brand voice.
- Engage with operators and build real relationships in the space.
Performance Tracking & Insights
- Track metrics like views, engagement rate, follower growth, and watch time.
- Double down on content that’s working; cut what’s not.
Collaboration
- Work with our marketing lead, video producer, and creative team on campaigns and launches.
- Contribute fresh, platform-first ideas in brainstorming sessions.
Who You Are
- You’ve built and grown a short-form video channel from the ground up—and can prove it.
- Deep knowledge of TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts growth mechanics.
- Portfolio of short form videos you’ve shot, edited, posted, and scaled.
- Strong copywriting chops for captions and hooks.
- Comfortable working quickly and independently.

Compensation: $50,000–$60,000/year
