Machine Print Shop is hiring: Graphic Designer in San Diego

Overview

We are a busy screen-printing and apparel shop located in Vista, CA and Austin, TX, specializing in custom branded merchandise, apparel and promotional products. We have collaborated with renowned brands and focus on delivering quality, reliability, and exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Create custom t-shirt and apparel designs based on client requests
• Prepare and edit artwork in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator for screen printing
• Ensure files are properly formatted, sized, and color-separated for production
• Collaborate with clients and team members to refine and finalize designs
• Maintain consistency with branding and style guidelines
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Requirements

• Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
• Experience designing t-shirt graphics or other apparel-related artwork
• Keen eye for detail, color, and composition
• Ability to take direction as well as bring original creative ideas
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Must be easily able via Phone and WhatsApp for communication
• Photoshop photo editing is a plus

Schedule & Compensation

• Starting part-time (20 hours), potential full-time position, flexible hours but regular set schedule
• Competitive hourly pay based on experience
