Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Public Relations Associate to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in managing and enhancing our company’s public image, ensuring that our messaging is clear, coherent, and aligns with our brand values. You will collaborate closely with various internal departments, including marketing, communications, and executive leadership, to develop and implement successful public relations strategies.

Job Type: Full-Time

Compensation: $18.00 - $25.00 / hour

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and execution of public relations strategies and campaigns.
• Draft and edit press releases, media advisories, and other communication materials.
• Build and maintain relationships with journalists, influencers, and media representatives.
• Monitor media coverage and provide reports on the effectiveness of public relations efforts.
• Coordinate logistics for press events and promotional activities.
• Respond to media inquiries and arrange interviews with key team members.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in public relations or corporate communications.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
• Proficient in using social media platforms and analytics tools for monitoring engagement.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
