Responsibilities

  • Design, coordinate, and implement marketing and communication strategies that promote the programs, research, and statewide engagement efforts of the WORTH Institute. This includes multi-channel marketing campaigns to increase visibility and impact of WORTH programs and initiatives.
  • Manage content strategy and production across web, print, email, and social media platforms.
  • Design and produce graphics, videos, and promotional materials using Adobe Creative Suite and other design tools; ensure brand consistency and alignment with University of Wyoming standards.
  • Plan and implement marketing strategies for WORTH-hosted events; coordinate campaigns to increase attendance and engagement among students, faculty, industry partners, donors, and policymakers.
  • Track and analyze marketing performance metrics (e.g., email open rates, website traffic, social media engagement); generate reports to evaluate campaign success and apply insights to improve effectiveness; communicate outcomes to leadership, funders, and external stakeholders.
  • Manage marketing budgets, contracts, timelines, and vendor relationships; serve as the primary point of contact for all marketing-related inquiries.
  • Assist with photography, videography, and documentation of WORTH programs and services.

Minimum Qualifications

Education: Bachelor\'s degree

Experience: 2 years work-related experience

Required licensure, certification, registration or other requirements: Valid driver\'s license with a motor vehicle record compliant with the University Vehicle Use Policy

Desired Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite products for graphic design
  • Familiarity with higher education, nonprofit, or tourism/hospitality marketing
  • Strong writing and content creation skills tailored to multiple audiences (students, industry partners, legislators, donors)
  • Experience with digital marketing tools
  • Experience with video production and editing
