What You’ll Do:

EVstudio is looking for an entrepreneurial, architecture-driven leader to take the helm of our Denver offices' Production Homes studio. If you're an architect with a passion for business development, client relationships, and team leadership, this is your opportunity to shape the growth of a dynamic, multi-disciplinary office.

Drive Business Development: Build and expand client relationships across private and public sectors, with a particular focus on the production homes sector.

Grow the Team: Mentor and develop architectural talent while partnering across disciplines, including civil, MEP, structural, and survey.

Oversee Projects: Guide architectural projects from pursuit through delivery, ensuring design excellence and client satisfaction.

Strategic Leadership: Collaborate with firm-wide leadership to align Colorado's growth with EVstudio’s broader vision.

Requirements:

7+ years of experience, including client-facing and project leadership roles

Demonstrated business development success and local market knowledge

Proven leadership skills and a team-first mindset

Experience in commercial, multi-family, or municipal design sectors is a plus

What We Offer:

We are targeting a base salary of 100,000 to 135,000, but is determined by several factors including education, experience, and a history of working in the Denver metro area.
