Clearwater Analytics is hiring: Creative Operations Associate in New York
Clearwater Analytics, New York, NY, US, 10261
- CWAN's Marketing team is seeking a Creative Operations Associate who thrives on building structure, optimizing processes, and driving projects forward. You'll own creative operations-intaking, prioritizing, organizing, and assigning work across teams and stakeholders-while ensuring our creative output is both effective and efficient.
The ideal candidate loves building systems from the ground up, working side by side with designers and creatives, navigating complexity, and keeping multiple projects moving at once. Your work will directly strengthen CWAN's creative engine, enabling us to deliver campaigns, events, and brand experiences that move metrics and connect with people.
Responsibilities:
- Own creative operations: build strong relationships across creative, cross-functional teams, and external vendors.
- Run the system: implement project management tools (we use Jira, Asana) to intake, triage, prioritize, and track projects.
- Streamline workflows: continuously improve processes and resourcing capabilities, simplifying how work gets done.
- Drive reviews: sit in on creative sessions, distill feedback, and translate it into clear, actionable next steps.
- Resource smartly: manage freelancers and agency partners, from sourcing and contracting to maintaining a roster of talent.
- Lead projects end-to-end: develop charters, align stakeholders, and oversee full production on company-wide brand initiatives.
- Facilitate collaboration: build trusted relationships across teams to unlock better creative outcomes.
- Bonus: Contribute creatively when needed with hands-on skills (design, editing, or similar).
Who You Are:- 4+ years of experience in project management or creative production, ideally in a creative agency or in-house brand environment.
- Background as a producer or project manager who has managed complex, multi-channel creative deliverables (social, campaigns, video, events, websites, etc.).
- Expert in project management and creative tools (Jira, Asana, Adobe Creative Suite, MS Office/Docs).
- Skilled at building timelines, managing budgets, and reporting to brand/creative leadership.
- Detail-oriented, organized, deadline-driven, and energized by solving problems.
- Strong communicator with a bias for clarity, urgency, and collaboration.
- Able to navigate ambiguity, bring structure to chaos, and continuously refine processes.
- Positive, proactive, and motivated by building strong partnerships across teams.
