Senior Creative Manager - High Museum of Art
The High Museum of Art is a division of the Woodruff Arts Center.

ABOUT THE ROLE: The Senior Creative is responsible for leading creative production and design across consumer-facing platforms.
WORK SCHEDULE: Monday–Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., with occasional evening and weekends required as needed
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Define and guide the artistic direction of the High Museum, ensuring a cohesive and compelling visual identity.
- Create innovative campaigns and design executions that stand out in the marketplace.
- Conceive and design impactful visuals and effective campaigns across various platforms.
- Brand Management: Serve as the chief steward of the museum’s brand, ensuring that all creative materials adhere to the museum's brand guidelines.
- Mentor and support junior creative team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative team environment.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Exhibition Design to ensure seamless integration and united aesthetic vision.
PROJECT OVERSIGHT:
- Lead and manage the team and workflow of the Creative Services department.
- Establish and maintain standards of creative excellence and timeliness.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Exceptional organizational skills.
- Exemplary design and creative skills.
- Ability to balance multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of self-direction and self-motivation.
- Minimum ten years of work experience in creative management and graphic design.
- Supervisory experience.
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution of higher education.
