We’re here to better our world with biology. Join us as our new Creative Graphic Designer. We are seeking a Creative Graphic Designer with experience in designing for clinicians. This position supports Microbiome Labs, a subsidiary of Novonesis's Human Health Biosolutions division, and calls for a designer with a keen understanding of clinical and educational design tailored toward healthcare practitioners. The ideal candidate will bring innovative, professional, and visually compelling ideas to life while maintaining accuracy and clarity for a scientific audience.
In This Role You'll Make An Impact By
- Develop and execute high-quality designs for print and digital platforms that align with brand guidelines and support business objectives.
- Create clinical and educational materials for healthcare practitioners, such as eBooks, white papers, presentations, infographics, mechanism of action illustrations, and research-based resources.
- Design assets for marketing campaigns, social media, email, ads, websites, and events.
- Design product packaging and supplement fact panels following FDA and regulatory guidelines.
- Work with dielines to ensure accurate layout and print-ready files.
- Maintain organized, up-to-date, accurate packaging files and version control across all product lines.
- Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to ensure packaging accuracy and compliance.
- Work closely with the Creative Director, marketing team, and subject matter experts to translate complex scientific information into clear, engaging visuals.
- Ensure designs meet organizational standards and accurately convey the intended message to healthcare professionals.
- Manage design projects from concept through completion, meeting deadlines and budget constraints.
- Organize, upload, and maintain creative assets using platforms such as Dropbox, Frontify, and internal databases.
- Edit and produce videos for educational and promotional use.
- Touch up product and clinical images for marketing and practitioner-facing materials.
- Stay informed on design trends in healthcare, functional medicine, and clinical education.
- Continuously improve technical skills through training and research.
To Succeed You Must Hold
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer in the healthcare, functional medicine, or microbiome industry.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, Acrobat).
- Ability to simplify and visually communicate complex scientific concepts.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint for professional presentations.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Must be receptive to feedback and able to adapt to changing priorities.
- Ability to travel for meetings and media shoots, if necessary.
- Preferred skills: Familiarity with Asana, Microsoft Teams, and Salesforce Marketing Cloud; Video editing and production experience; Project management experience; Packaging design; Experience with a rebrand.

Expected Salary Range: $58k to $68k.
