A Day in the Life

Executive Assistant at Monster Energy Company This pivotal role makes you the trusted right-hand to executives, navigating complex administrative functions with finesse. The Impact You\'ll Make

  • Manage general administrative activities such as arranging complex domestic and international travel and accommodations, preparing, processing and reviewing expense reports, and arranging logistics and catering for internal meetings on a cost-efficient basis.
  • Compose, modify and proofread correspondence, reports or presentations. Design and prepare general correspondence, invitation letters, memos, meeting minutes, spreadsheets, presentations, agendas, reports, special projects and other documents in support of departmental operations and objectives.
  • Handle sensitive matters with a high level of confidentiality and discretion, especially decisions directly impacting the operations of the company.
  • Coordinate management committee meetings and related administrative needs such as meeting scheduling, logistical planning, preparing and circulating documents, capturing and chasing action items.
  • Represent the team both internally and externally and interface with staff at all levels with the highest level of professionalism and in a manner that reflects positively on the organization.
  • Screen incoming telephone calls; take and deliver accurate messages; respond to requests by gathering and providing information and referring non-routine calls to the appropriate staff.
  • In the executive\'s absence, ensure that requests for action or information are relayed to the appropriate staff member.
  • Maintain calendar daily for optimum organization and time management. Working closely with the team, this position is responsible for using discretion, confidentiality, a good understanding of the business and vocabulary, and a detailed knowledge of the operations, procedures and people to support the local team.
  • Manage the office facility; act as liaison with Headquarters, responsible for overseeing the daily operations of an office and its various departments.
  • Monitor office supplies and order new stationery, furniture, appliances and electronics as required; order and maintain office supplies and oversee clerical tasks such as sorting, making copies, filing, scheduling meetings, sending invites and mailing.

Who You Are

  • Prefer a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Communication, or a similar field of study.
  • 3–5 years of experience in an executive assistant position, with experience supporting C-suite a plus.
  • Computer Skills Desired: Microsoft Office, Visio, Concur.
  • Additional Knowledge or Skills: Bilingual English-Spanish a plus.

Monster Energy provides a competitive total compensation package; this position has an annual salary estimate of $57,750 - $77,000. The actual pay may vary depending on your skills, qualifications, experience, and work location.
