Position: YouTube Golf Video Editor (Base Salary + Commission)

ParYard Golf is on a mission to showcase the world’s most incredible golf resorts, highlight travel golf experiences, and create unforgettable collaborations with iconic people. Our YouTube channel is growing rapidly, and we’re looking for a talented video editor to bring our content to life.

Role Overview

As our YouTube Golf Video Editor, you’ll transform raw golf travel footage into high-quality, engaging stories that captivate viewers. You’ll be a key part of shaping the look and feel of our channel, ensuring each video excites, inspires, and entertains our audience. You’ll also have opportunities to join us on trips (all travel is optional and fully paid for) to help capture and edit content on location.

This position offers a base salary plus commission, giving you the chance to grow your earnings as our channel grows.

Responsibilities

• Edit and produce engaging YouTube content from golf travel shoots, resort highlights, and high-profile collaborations.
• Incorporate graphics, sound design, motion effects, and color grading to elevate storytelling.
• Optimize video pacing and structure for YouTube retention and algorithm success.
• Collaborate with our creative team on new concepts, styles, and series.
• Manage editing workflow and ensure timely publishing.
• Maintain consistent branding and high production standards.
• (Optional) Travel with the team to golf resorts and destinations to assist in filming and content creation.

Qualifications

• Mastery of Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
• Proficiency with motion graphics software (Adobe After Effects, etc.).
• Strong sense of storytelling, pacing, and viewer engagement.
• Experience with audio editing (mixing, cleanup, adding music/SFX).
• Skilled in color correction and grading.
• Knowledge of YouTube growth strategies and analytics.
• Familiarity with golf culture and/or sports content is a big plus.
• Creative, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects on tight deadlines.

Compensation

Commission: Additional earnings tied to video performance (views, engagement, channel growth).

Perks: All expenses paid for any optional travel with the team.
