Responsibilities

• Stock maintenance: ensure effectiveness of merchandise flow, filling and presentation standards throughout the store and stock.
• Store operations: support stockroom organization and readiness during shifts that typically run three to four shifts per week, each about four to five hours; peak periods may require more or less time.
• Coverage: may be required to work most Saturdays and some Sundays, and during peak holiday seasons.
• Customer experience and presentation: contribute to a clean, organized, and inviting store environment.
• Stockroom management: adhere to policies and procedures for asset protection and shrink.
• Training and development: participate in ongoing learning and development opportunities.

Compensation

The starting rate for this position is $17.25 per hour (i.e., the recruiting pay range for this position is $17.25 - $17.25 per hour). The starting rate and range may be modified in the future.
