Position Overview: AMO Denim is looking for a skilled Freelance Graphic Designer to help bring our brand story to life across digital and print. This role is ideal for someone with strong fashion, beauty, or lifestyle experience who can quickly deliver polished, on-brand creative with minimal back and forth. You’ll work closely with our marketing, e-commerce, and design teams to craft high-quality visuals for campaigns, emails, paid media, social, wholesale and more. This role requires a designer with a strong creative eye who can maintain AMO’s signature aesthetic and deliver high-quality, on-brand work. While this is initially a freelance role, there’s potential for ongoing collaboration or a more permanent position based on fit and performance.

Scope & Commitment

• Contract role: approx. 15–20 hours/week (not to exceed 20 without prior approval).
• Hourly rate: $50–60/hr, depending on experience.
• Role is remote/flexible, with occasional need for quick turnarounds.

Key Responsibilities

• Digital Content Creation: Emails, social, paid media, web assets
• Brand Design: Lookbooks, line sheets, packaging, print collateral
• Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver assets on time and up to brand standard
• Efficiency: Manage files and workflows for seamless handoff across the team

What We’re Looking For

• 3–5 years of professional graphic design experience in fashion, beauty, or lifestyle.
• Expert in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Familiarity with Shopify, Klaviyo, Figma, and Asana is a plus.
• Clean, modern aesthetic with a strong understanding of typography, layout, and color.
• Proven ability to produce high-quality work efficiently and independently with extreme attention to detail.
• Portfolio required: examples of polished, on-brand design across digital and print.

Nice-to-Haves

• Motion graphics or video editing (After Effects or Premiere Pro).
• Retouching skills.
