Events & PR Coordinator Job at Bask and Lather Co in City of Yonkers
Bask and Lather Co, City of Yonkers, NY, United States
Bask & Lather Co. is a fast-growing beauty brand built on family, innovation, and results-driven products. Our mission is to empower people to “Grow it and Keep it Too” through scalp and hair care solutions that work.
We’re scaling rapidly through retail, direct-to-consumer, and experiential channels, and we’re looking for a highly organized, proactive Events & Partnerships Coordinator to join our team.
Role Overview
The Events & Partnerships Coordinator is responsible for ensuring flawless execution of brand activations, events, and partnerships. This role bridges logistics, operations, and brand marketing — handling the details that make events successful.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end logistics for brand events and activations (shipping, asset prep, vendor coordination).
- Create staffing rosters and schedules for events; serve as the central point of communication.
- Track event materials (signage, props, kits, displays) and ensure they’re organized, maintained, and inventoried.
- Support on-site execution at all events (travel is required)
Partnerships & PR Support
- Manage inbound PR and partnership requests — route, track, and ensure timely follow-up.
- Coordinate with PR agency and internal team to fulfill sample requests and brand seeding opportunities.
- Support influencer/ambassador activations with product shipments and logistics.
Cross-Functional Coordination
- Work closely with Executive Assistant, Operations, and Marketing teams to align timelines and deliverables.
- Provide clear weekly updates on event readiness, outstanding tasks, and post-event recaps.
- Develop and maintain event trackers, SOPs, and checklists to streamline processes.
Qualifications
- 2–4 years of experience in PR, event coordination, partnerships, or brand operations (beauty, fashion, or CPG preferred).
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail — a true project manager at heart.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable being the “point person” with vendors and partners.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace or other project management tools is a plus.
- Must be based in the New York Metro Area with ability to work in-office and travel for events.
We are an equal opportunities employer and welcome applications from all qualified candidates.
