Key Responsibilities
- Direct and streamline the monthly close process to ensure financial precision and timely reporting
- Provide oversight for all accounts payable and receivable operations
- Manage the annual external audit process and serve as the primary liaison with auditors
- Work closely with senior leadership on financial planning, performance, and strategy
- Deliver financial insights and analysis that directly support business decision-making
- Contribute to forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning efforts alongside the FP&A team
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA strongly preferred
- Demonstrated leadership experience in accounting roles, ideally as an Assistant Controller, Controller, or Accounting Manager
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and comfort working with large, complex data sets
- Experience with NetSuite or similar ERP systems preferred
- Must currently reside in Atlanta area (no relocation)
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive base salary up to $150,000
