We are currently seeking an ideal candidate for the position of Visual Observer to support an upcoming proposal with the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration. Résumé of successful candidate(s) will be included with our proposal.
The Visual Observer supports marine mammal and sea turtle research by participating in shipboard, aerial, and small boat surveys. This role involves species identification, behavioral observations, and accurate data recording to support population assessments and management decisions.
