We’re seeking a polished Senior Sales Marketer who will drive growth and play their part in creating a lasting impact in our community. The Role


This is a growth-driver role with equal parts selling and strategy. You’ll be the rainmaker out front—closing deals, opening doors, and building the sales and marketing machine that fuels our future. Your mission: win new business, grow revenue, and establish our brand as the go-to solution in the market.


In your first 12 months, you’ll focus on:



  • Landing and expanding commercial accounts with property managers, facility directors, and multi-family communities (priority #1).

  • Driving residential growth by building and sustaining a predictable pipeline of qualified leads.

  • Owning the sales + marketing engine—from digital campaigns to field activations—making sure our brand is seen, heard, and remembered.

  • Turning data into action, using CRM insights and performance metrics to refine strategies and accelerate results.

  • Positioning us at the center of the community, engaging in associations, networking events, and partnerships that elevate our visibility.

  • Building scalable systems, creating repeatable playbooks for sales and marketing that future team members can run with.
