The Role
This is a growth-driver role with equal parts selling and strategy. You’ll be the rainmaker out front—closing deals, opening doors, and building the sales and marketing machine that fuels our future. Your mission: win new business, grow revenue, and establish our brand as the go-to solution in the market.
In your first 12 months, you’ll focus on:
- Landing and expanding commercial accounts with property managers, facility directors, and multi-family communities (priority #1).
- Driving residential growth by building and sustaining a predictable pipeline of qualified leads.
- Owning the sales + marketing engine—from digital campaigns to field activations—making sure our brand is seen, heard, and remembered.
- Turning data into action, using CRM insights and performance metrics to refine strategies and accelerate results.
- Positioning us at the center of the community, engaging in associations, networking events, and partnerships that elevate our visibility.
- Building scalable systems, creating repeatable playbooks for sales and marketing that future team members can run with.
