Your mission

About the Role
We’re seeking a strategic Growth Marketer to lead initiatives that turn real-time buyer signals into high-converting, data-driven campaigns. You’ll work at the intersection of AI, automation, and intent-driven marketing, using agentic systems to scale outreach and accelerate pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

• Deploy Agentic Tools: Implement and manage agentic tools to track behavior and trigger timely, personalized outreach.
• Launch Intent-Based Campaigns: Build outbound sequences informed by website behavior and multi-source intent data from platforms like Clay and Zoominfo.
• Coordinate Full-Funnel Journeys: Align messaging, timing, and channels to deliver personalized experiences across the funnel.
• Optimize Through Experimentation: Use engagement and performance data to continuously refine targeting, messaging, and sequencing through A/B testing and iteration.
• Prioritize High-Intent Leads: Leverage enriched 1st-, 2nd-, and 3rd-party signals to identify and act on high-potential accounts.

Your profile

• Qualifications:
• AI-Driven Marketing
  • Experience in growth marketing, ideally using agentic or AI-based systems. Passionate about creating agentic systems is a must.
  • Hands-on familiarity with tools like Zapier, Make.com, n8n, Clay, or related platforms for identifying and activating real-time intent signals.
• Outbound Execution
  • Proficient with outbound email tools such as Smartlead, Instantly, or similar a plus, but not required.
  • Demonstrated success building outbound programs from both cold and warm signals across various data sources.
• Analytics & Optimization
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn behavior and campaign data into actionable insights.
  • Comfortable running A/B tests and iterating for performance.
• Messaging & Creativity
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience crafting effective outbound and campaign messaging that ties into persona pain points.
  • Creative and curious, always looking to test new tactics for better engagement and results.
• Communication & Collaboration
  • High level communication and collaboration skills a must.
