Marketing Coordinator Construction (DSA/Schools/Revit)

Key Responsibilities
Proposal Development Lead the preparation of proposals, RFQs, and RFP responses for school and DSA projects. Collaborate with project managers, estimators, and design teams to collect technical content, resumes, project sheets, and case studies. Ensure proposals are compelling, accurate, and compliant with client requirements.
Marketing Collateral & Content
Create and maintain project profiles, case studies, brochures, and presentations. Develop content highlighting the firms school construction expertise, including DSA compliance. Update and organize marketing databases (CRM, resume library, project sheets, etc.).
Design & Visual Communication
Utilize Revit and graphic design tools to generate visuals, renderings, and diagrams for proposals and presentations. Collaborate with architects and engineers to translate construction documents into marketing-ready graphics.
Client & Market Engagement
Support business development efforts through industry research and competitor analysis. Track upcoming DSA/education construction projects and assist in pipeline development. Coordinate marketing campaigns, trade show exhibits, and client presentations.
Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Architecture, or Construction Management (preferred). 2 5 years of experience in a marketing role within the AEC (Architecture, Engineering, Construction) industry. Familiarity with DSA requirements, school construction projects, and public works. Experience with Revit for visuals, diagrams, or integrating with marketing materials. Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator), MS Office, and CRM/database management. Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
