Responsibilities Collaborate with team members and generate design concepts 3D computer modeling (Rhino) Prepare and complete construction document packages (Revit) Submit permits at planning and building departments Communicate effectively with team members and clients Prepare RFQ and marketing materials Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Studies with strong design sensibility 5–10 years of professional experience Excellent verbal, written, and graphic communication skills Proficiency in Rhino modeling Proficiency in Revit Strong portfolio that includes both built work and construction documents At Moment X, we foster a casual yet rewarding studio culture rooted in integrity, respect, dependability, and continuous improvement.
