About the Role

The Company is looking for an exceptional Senior Vice President of Public Relations to join our Corporate Communications and Social Investing Leadership Team. In this role, you will take charge of creating and implementing dynamic external communication and media relations strategies that resonate with our business priorities and elevate awareness of our cutting-edge innovations and products. You will lead a talented team of communicators, serve as the primary spokesperson for the company, and work closely with senior executives to ensure cohesive communication that reflects our strategic vision.

As a key player in media relations and issues management, including navigating sensitive situations such as recalls and litigation, you will develop detailed communication plans that support various business initiatives. This role requires building and maintaining exceptional relationships with key media contacts to maximize coverage for our company.

To be successful in this position, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and have a robust 15-20 years of communication experience focused on PR, media, and crisis communication. An outstanding track record in securing media coverage, along with significant experience as a spokesperson for a publicly traded company, is essential. Your established connections with top-tier media outlets and in-depth understanding of the current media landscape will be critical in driving our media engagement strategy.

We are looking for strategic thinkers who can lead high-profile media campaigns and effectively manage a team. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with excellent judgment, capable of juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, and deeply committed to our company’s values.
