About the Role

We are on the lookout for an exceptional VP of Creative / Creative Director to lead our Performance Marketing Creative Team. This is a critical role where you will shape the creative vision for high-impact direct response campaigns, focusing primarily on video sales letters, ads, email creatives, and sales funnels. Your expertise will be essential in driving customer acquisition and retention. Collaboration with cross-functional teams will be key, and your insights into creative trends and customer psychology—especially in the golf and training sectors—will help us succeed.

As a pivotal leader, you will be expected to test and iterate swiftly, overseeing creative split tests and performance reviews to optimize for various key performance indicators. We seek a candidate with 5-10+ years of direct response creative leadership experience, who has a proven track record of generating multimillion-dollar revenue through VSLs, ads, emails, and landing pages. A thorough understanding of customer acquisition funnels and behavioral triggers is necessary.

You will manage a talented in-house creative team alongside freelance designers while sharing a passion for golf that resonates with our audience. As a strategic thinker, you will ensure the success of customer acquisition funnels and have familiarity with creative performance analytics, funnel metrics, and A/B testing. We are excited to welcome a true A-player who is ready to make a massive impact within our high-growth brand, thriving in a fast-paced, agile, and entrepreneurial team environment.
