Key Responsibilities

• Manage $1.5-2M in account revenue, serving as the primary strategic counsel for clients.
• Develop and execute comprehensive strategies for clients and projects.
• Engage with top technology executives as a trusted advisor.
• Optimize agency operations including career development, client service, financial management, and tools.
• Drive revenue growth within existing accounts by offering strategic recommendations to expand services.
• Identify and lead initiatives to bring in new clients, aligning growth goals with compensation.
• Collaborate with integrated teams to deliver seamless multi-channel solutions across traditional PR, digital, and social media.
• Foster a high-performance culture that values continuous learning and quality commitment.
• Mentor and develop staff through a supportive and collaborative approach.
• Oversee performance evaluations, goal settings, and priority assignments for team members.
• Represent Highwire and clients at industry events and conferences, enhancing professional connections.
• Maintain profitable client services while monitoring staff performance and resource allocation.
• Manage account revenue by strategically navigating account loads and budgets.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in journalism, communications, or a related field.
• A minimum of 15 years of communications experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Proven ability to cultivate relationships with top-tier media professionals and achieve impactful media placements.
• Extensive writing and editing experience for various print and online platforms, with a focus on external communications.
• Experience in social media influencer engagement and amplification of media coverage through content campaigns.
• Demonstrated leadership in managing strategic communications and marketing programs to further organizational missions.
• Innovative thinker with a track record of translating strategies into actionable plans.
• Experience in building and coaching a team of communication specialists.
• Excellent creative problem-solving abilities and sound judgment.
• Adept at making decisions in dynamic environments and anticipating future needs.
• Experience in establishing measurement programs to assess ROI of communications efforts.

Salary range: $195,000 - $249,000 per year, based on factors including experience, skills, qualifications, and location.
