Position Summary:
The Director of Marketing will lead Century Constructions strategic marketing efforts, strengthen the companys brand identity, and drive business development initiatives. This role requires a dynamic leader with experience in marketing campaigns, capable of overseeing RFP management, digital marketing, and client outreach strategies to support organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Brand Development & Management
Develop and execute a comprehensive branding strategy that aligns with company goals and culture.
Ensure consistency in messaging, visual identity, and positioning across all marketing channels.
Request for Proposal (RFP) Management
Oversee the preparation, writing, and submission of RFPs and RFQs.
Collaborate with project managers and executives to craft compelling proposals tailored to client needs.
Website & Digital Presence
Manage the company website, ensuring content is up-to-date, SEO-optimized, and user-friendly.
Lead efforts to improve online visibility and user engagement.
Social Media & Content Marketing
Develop and implement a social media strategy across platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
Create and curate engaging content including project spotlights, company news, and industry insights.
Strategic Marketing & Growth Initiatives
Analyze market trends and develop strategic marketing plans to support business objectives.
Identify new market opportunities and implement outreach campaigns.
Business Development Support
Work closely with the business development team to identify and pursue new clients and project opportunities.
Assist in planning and hosting client events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
2+ years of marketing experience
Strong leadership and project management skills.
Proficient in Excel, Adobe Creative Suite, CRM tools, content management systems (CMS), and analytics platforms.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to manage RFP processes.
