Job Summary:
Create, promote, distribute, and update marketing material for all departments of the company through various communications and direct marketing. Prepare and arrange marketing flyers, pitch packages, offering memorandums, convention displays, and materials for a wide range of audiences including industry, community, and prospective tenants.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Create, manage, and edit marketing campaigns via internal and 3rd party software programs.
Monitor, advise and implement marketing improvements for property campaigns based on analytics being reported.
Maintain database of contacts to be utilized for department marketing campaigns.
Responsible for creating, writing, editing, posting, and distributing marketing communications for internal and external audiences, including press releases, brochures, flyers, retail pitch packages, offering memorandums, aerials, property availability, lead reports, void analysis, demographic, and traffic impact reports.
Coordinate responses to requests for information from the media or other information source.
Establish and maintain cooperative relationships with representatives of industry, community, consumer, employee, and public interest groups.
Production of advertisements and promotions including Internet, social media (i.e. X, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc..) and industry trade publications (i.e. ICSC, Retail Live, LoopNet, Crexi, etc..) of company's services. Coordinate company sponsorship, sign up, setup and participation at retail trade show conferences, seminars, and other events including theme development, invitations and responses, registration, travel, and booth display arrangements.
Development and coordination of tenant events for company managed properties.
Responsible for regular website maintenance and content updates.
Order, coordinate, and manage placement of company signage at properties (in-ground, banners, etc.).
Coordinate photography for marketing properties within company's portfolio.
Create aerial maps highlighting local retailer locations, residential subdivisions, and market destinations.
Create, manage, and edit property flyers, pictures, and maps, to industry specific mediums such as LoopNet, Crexi, etc.
Qualifications
Overall Experience - A minimum of five years of work-related skill, knowledge, or experience is required, with preference given to marketing experience working for a commercial (retail/office) real estate company.
Education - Bachelors Degree in a related field such as Marketing, Business Administration, or the equivalent.
