Job Details: This is a great role for a newer attorney eager to build their litigation skills. You will handle insurance defense, creditors’ rights, and civil litigation matters, while gaining mentorship and hands-on experience in a wide range of practice areas.
Responsibilities: ∙ Support litigation matters with a focus on insurance defense and creditors’ rights ∙ Conduct legal research, draft motions, pleadings, and briefs ∙ Appear in court for hearings, motions, and trials under partner supervision ∙ Assist in managing discovery and case strategy development ∙ Provide proactive client service to HOA/community association and business clients
You should have the following: ∙ JD and Arizona Bar admission (or eligibility to waive in) ∙ 0–3 years of experience in litigation, insurance defense, or creditors’ rights (training provided) ∙ Strong legal writing and research skills ∙ Interest in civil litigation, real estate, or community association law ∙ Desire to learn and grow within a collaborative team
