About The Role

We’re looking for a Creative Strategist to be a great writer and ideator for our teams. Your main job is to raise our creative bar so our brands stand out in a crowded market. You’ll connect our business goals with fresh thinking, creating new stories that get people talking and deliver real results. You’ll be a visionary and a hands‑on leader, guiding top creative agencies and our internal team with high‑level strategy and practical advice. We need someone with strong creative instincts and a focus on performance who can motivate a team to consistently produce work that gets noticed.

What You’ll Do

  • Drive the Creative: Collaborate on the creative strategy for our biggest projects—events, sponsorships, and campaigns—to attract new audiences and help our brand grow.
  • Write Inspiring Briefs: Build powerful creative briefs based on audience, industry, and culture insights to spark ideas and deliver impactful work.
  • Set the Standard: Ensure all creative work is bold, on‑brand, and effective across touchpoints; champion great design and messaging.
  • Tell Our Story: Turn complex ideas into simple, clear, and compelling brand narratives that excite customers and inspire partners and executives.
  • Connect the Dots: Collaborate with marketing, media, and product teams to ensure alignment and outcomes from creative assets.
  • Sell Your Ideas: Present concepts confidently to senior leaders.
  • Learn from the Data: Analyze performance to inform smarter decisions for future projects.
  • Keep Innovating: Continuously seek new ideas that have meaningful business impact.

What You’ll Bring

  • Experience: At least 7+ years in a creative or brand strategy role, working with creative teams in‑house or at an agency.
  • Strategic Skills: Big‑picture thinker who translates business goals into compelling creative work.
  • Exceptional Writing: Clear, sharp writing that avoids corporate speak; ability to rally a team around new thinking.
  • Bias for Action: Fast, decisive, and collaborative leader with a positive, can‑do attitude.
  • Strong Portfolio: Demonstrated work showing original thinking, execution, and audience connection; case studies with cultural and consumer insights.
  • Data Savvy: Experience using data and feedback to guide decisions and improve outcomes.
