Sr. Strategic Supply Chain Mgr, Fashion & Fitness (F2) Supply Chain

As a Sr. Strategic Supply Chain Manager, you will own defining and executing a Supply Chain Roadmap with several of our largest and most strategic brands in Fashion & Fitness (F2). You will collaborate with a team of Product, Vendor, and Customer Service Managers to drive process improvements for the vendors with a goal of maximizing product availability and operational excellence.

The successful candidate must be highly organized, self-starting, and possess strong data extraction and analytical capabilities. They must have proven successes in cost-out operational initiatives and demonstrate passion for the customer experience.

Key job responsibilities include:

• Identifying and delivering improvement opportunities around demand and production planning
• Monitoring, analyzing, and owning Key Performance Indicators such as out of stock rate, total inbound lead time, confirmation rates
• Analyzing production and delivery lead-times and operational excellence inputs
• Identifying opportunities to improve cost structure and profitability

A day in the life includes auditing performance metrics, weekly calls with vendor brands, and planning sourcing for key events.

Basic Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience with Excel
• Bachelor's degree, or 5+ years of professional or military experience
• Experience working with complex data sets
• Experience communicating results to senior leadership

Preferred Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of statistics or other analytical techniques
• Experience with SQL
• Master's degree in Business or Supply Chain or similar field
