Location: Baltimore, MD
Hybrid/On-site/Remote: Hybrid (On-site 3 days a week)

Clutch is looking for an experienced Media Supervisor for a client of ours.
Responsibilities Strategic Planning & Buying: Develop, negotiate, execute, and monitor paid media campaigns across a variety of channels, including TV, radio, print, outdoor, OTT, digital audio, and programmatic display.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with digital media, creative, social media, PR, and account teams to provide integrated, cross-channel media solutions.
Campaign Management: Manage all aspects of media buys, including negotiating contracts, issuing creative assets to vendors, and ensuring full delivery of ordered buys.
Performance Monitoring: Regularly monitor and track campaign performance, suggest optimizations as needed, and work with the Analytics team to provide detailed reports and analysis.
Vendor Relationships: Foster positive relationships with media vendors to drive strong negotiations and campaign performance.
Budget & Billing: Manage billing and reconciliation for owned media channels and assist in training new team members on the billing process.
Industry Acumen: Stay current on media trends and share new opportunities with appropriate teams.
Qualifications 1-3 years of experience working with a mix of traditional and digital media, including TV, radio, print, outdoor, OTT, digital audio, and programmatic display.
Prior experience working in an agency environment is required.
Experience setting up and managing digital ad campaigns in Campaign Manager (dcm).
Google Adwords experience is required.
Broad understanding of media projects, ad specifications, vendor requirements, and preparing presentations and RFPs.
Strong interpersonal and presentation skills to foster positive relationships with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
