TPG is seeking a Visual Designer with strong motion graphics expertise to support our growing Consulting and Training practices. This is a contract role through April 2026, with the potential for a full-time hire based on performance and business needs.
As part of the expanding TPG Design team, the Visual Designer will play a key role in creating engaging, high-quality design solutions across multiple mediums. This includes corporate presentations, video, animations, social media content, eLearning materials, and print assets. Working closely with the Design Director and cross-functional teams, you will bring ideas to life through dynamic 2D static and motion graphics that simplify complex concepts and communicate strategies with clarity and impact.
We’re looking for a creative collaborator with strong conceptual skills, a sharp eye for design, and the technical expertise to deliver both static and motion-based deliverables that resonate with diverse audiences.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop engaging visual assets, with a strong emphasis on motion graphics and animation.
- Create content across multiple channels, including corporate presentations, videos, eLearning, web, social, and print.
- Collaborate with the Design Director, Instructional Designers, and Subject Matter Experts to conceptualize and execute projects.
- Apply storytelling, iconography, layout, and imagery to simplify and clarify complex information.
- Select and integrate audio, video, animation, and other multimedia elements to enhance design.
- Maintain brand consistency and follow established design guidelines.
- Stay current with design trends, tools, and best practices.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines without sacrificing quality.
Qualifications
- Expertise in motion design, including animation and video production using Adobe After Effects, Camtasia, or similar tools.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud applications (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Strong skills in Microsoft PowerPoint and presentation design.
- Experience with Articulate Storyline 360 (a plus).
- Ability to design within brand guidelines while bringing fresh, creative ideas.
- Understanding of accessibility and usability standards.
- Knowledge of SCORM/AICC formats and learning management systems (a plus).
- Strong conceptualization skills with attention to detail and quality.
- Ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborative mindset with flexibility and creativity.
