Location: Ivins, UT (Black Desert Resort)

Primary Responsibilities

• Assist and advise assigned Hotel Technicians in day-to-day operations to ensure service levels and standards meet or exceed client expectations.
• Monitor training of all Hotel Technicians including appearance, technical skills, sales, customer service, maintenance of equipment, safety, relationship building, and handling customer complaints.
• Schedule staff weekly.
• Inventory control.
• Interface with operating departments.
• Assist with hiring, training, and coaching Hotel Technicians as required.
• Occasionally drive a 16’ box truck for transport of equipment to offsite storage.
• Provide directorship training for each staff technician.
• Maintain high visibility within the assigned location.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Flexible with work schedule.

Must Have Requirements

• Complete knowledge of hotel operations.
• 4 years or more experience as an Audio Visual Technician.
• Excellent organization, communication, and motivational skills.
• Service oriented with attention to detail and deadlines.
• Ability to manage and work with many different types of people and personalities at various levels.
