UGC Content Creator Job at High Scale in California

We’re looking for a versatile, creative, and aspirational UGC Content Creator to join our growing team. This role is perfect for someone who’s comfortable both behind and in front of the camera, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and has a strong eye for storytelling through organic, authentic content.

What You’ll Do

• Conceptualize, shoot, and edit organic-style UGC (User-Generated Content) that feels genuine, relatable, and aspirational.
• Be the face of the brand—comfortable speaking on camera with clarity, confidence, and charisma.
• Collaborate with our marketing team to bring campaigns and concepts to life.
• Stay updated with social trends, adapting content to fit TikTok, Instagram, and other digital platforms.
• Deliver engaging and polished content under tight deadlines.

What We’re Looking For

• Based in Los Angeles
• Strong on-camera presence—great communication skills and natural charisma.
• Proven experience in UGC creation, social ads, or branded content.
• Preferably has experience with established brands and TV commercials.
• A strong creative eye for lighting, framing, and storytelling.
• Self-starter who can independently ideate and execute content from start to finish.

Bonus Points If You Have

• Experience working with advertising agencies or brand campaigns.
• Background in videography, photography, or cinematography.
• Knowledge of editing software (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, CapCut, etc.)

Compensation Range: $40,000 - $50,000/year with OT (Hourly rate x 1.5)
