Revolution Mortgage is hiring: BRANCH EVENT PLANNER in Boca Raton

Let’s make moves! We are looking for a Branch Event Planner to join Revolution Mortgage and bring realtors through our doors by creating engaging, impactful events. In this role, you’ll design and coordinate branch-level events that showcase our lenders’ expertise, highlight timely mortgage industry insights, and strengthen our partnerships with real estate professionals. This position requires strong organizational skills, creativity, and the ability to build meaningful connections that drive business growth.

What you will be doing

• Plan, coordinate, and execute branch-level events designed to attract and engage local realtors, driving referral relationships and business growth.
• Collaborate with branch managers and lenders to design event topics and presentations that highlight timely and relevant issues in the mortgage industry.
• Manage end-to-end event logistics including venue selection, scheduling, invitations and RSVPs.
• Support lenders in crafting and delivering presentations, ensuring content is informative, professional, and aligned with current market conditions.
• Gather and analyze post-event feedback from attendees and internal teams to continuously improve event quality and realtor engagement.
• Takes initiative and can multitask efficiently.

What we are looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred
• Proven experience in event planning, coordination, or marketing (experience in real estate or mortgage industry preferred)
• Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple events
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with realtors, lenders, vendors, and internal teams
• Ability to work successfully in a deadline driven, high pressure, fast pace, ever changing team environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint)
